Very friendly staff! I recommend this storage facility ; ) Access with larger vehicles is a bit difficult because the buildings are close together and there is not enough space to turn around at the ends but it is still a great facility. It is kept clean and safe. Again, the staff is super friendly!
This was literally the rudest self storage I have ever dealt with. The staff was awful and disrespectful as well as inaccurate. I have been in contact with them for over a month and when I show up with a U-Haul with all my things, they're sold out. I have never felt so cheated in my life.

I am amazed that people this rude are still in business. The unit they rented me had a layer of leaves and dirt on the floor. I asked the manager if it could either be cleaned before I moved my stuff in, or if they could switch me to a clean unit. She rolled her eyes at me, and then argued with her assistant about who should clean it. I interrupted to tell them I had seen a clean unit in the same row as mine, and that I would be happy to take that one instead. They both just stared at me, and then the manager made huffy, exasperated sounds as she stomped across the office to get my lease. She crossed out the unit number, slammed the paper down in front of me, and told me to initial the change since "There's no point in WASTING paper." I signed it, thanked them, and walked out. They didn't say a word to me when I left. Don't waste your time with these people. Rent from someone who appreciates your business.
Dirty, expensive, and small units. The code they have me didn't work. Look elsewhere for storage.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I'll recommend the opposite.
