I initially reserved a unit that was $59 a month but upon arrival was given some sort of a reason for that not to be available even though it was confirmed by phone and internet and was moving into a unit that cost more than double.
office staff are inept
Staff is very helpful when you run into issues, the timings are convenient and the storages are relatively clean

A few years ago, I was renting a storage unit in Gainesville from a different facility that sold their facility to a hotel chain, and was forced to move to a different location. I searched around for a place to move our stuff, and found 2 on 34th st. The first one I went into, wanted my S.S. number. What?? Why?? I am not asking for credit... so... I went next door to Gainesville Mini Storage. I am so glad that I did. They are very nice people, and didn't need to know my S.S. Number.. The units are nice, and they provide locks so I didn't need to bring my own. I have had a unit now for 2 years, and I am glad I went with these people. If you want a good storage unit, try this place.
Storage garages are typically High because of the fact that we are in a college town but I just will never want to go back to this particular storage garage as opposed to one of the same brand that's further north a little bit out of town
