Marilyn was very helpful once the office was open. Apparently, they had two absentee employees and when I arrived at 1:36 pm after driving from Daytona with a loaded van, the office was closed with a notice that it would reopen at 2:00 p.m. Unfortunately, when I arrived at 2:00 p.m. Marilyn was eating her lunch but was kind enough to interrupt it and check me in as a new customer. She was extremely helpful in getting me settled. Sorry I interrupted her lunch but I was on a timeline. This should not be a problem in the future as I now have my own access code.
