Have been using them for two years. Called two months ago because someone else was taking over unit. No response. The person who took over unit never paid. Without authorization they charge my bank card. Until today they were awesome. No explanation for this.

I am very big on having proper customer service. When calling one of the rep (thinking it was the owner) about getting information on storage he answered the phone by letting me know he was busy and that to call him back in a hour. Thats fine, but then I went on to ask him for his hours of operations (so that I can catch him when he was working (called at 2pm) ) because I was in a hurry also to get a storage. He then started screaming in the phone like I was bothering him and asking me what I wanted. If his customer service skills are any indication of how doing business with him would be like I will PASS. Money is money and anyone would take it!!!
I have rented a storage unit and U-Haul from here, and it's always a great experience. No nonsense, no surprises, you get what you pay for, couldn't ask for more.
