Phenomenal customer service! As soon as I pulled up on the lot I was graciously greeted by Taylor with a bright smile! Couldn't have asked for a more understanding and joyful sales representative. Taylor made my experience worth remembering, and will definitely be coming back looking forward to dealing with her again.
I had my vehicle repair by the collision center after a wreck I had back in January and work was done in about 10 days. We got the vehicle back and ended up taking back to have an adjustment made which I'm fine with. Fast forwarded 5 months. I never noticed they failed to put pin in the bottom of my bumper to keep stress off the brackets. Call them and they scheduled a time for me to bring it back in to fix. 4 hours go by after they get my vehicle to fix the bumper. I get there to pick it up, they want to tell me my bumper was pulled off (which has never happened). Bumper still not completely on. Got to make a 2nd trip to get that finished. We get it home and noticed there is epoxy on paint of my fender from service people not paying any attention. Poor quality of work. Never going back after this next trip. If they do the work right the first time people wouldn't be making so many trips.
My vehicle has been in their shop since 7:00 this morning. I called at 1:00 to see what is happening since Josh never bothered to call me. His reply we don't know still working on it. Poor customer service. I called back at 2:00 after i wrote the review. He suddenly knew in detail what was wrong with my vehicle. Not servicing my vehicle. Poor customer service.
Bought a used truck there last night. Everything was smooth, no pressure, no surprises. This was my tenth car purchase and as easy as the best ones. Salesman Bobby and sales manager were super chill and easy to talk to. Gave us a good price cheaper than Edmunds blue book. I research cars and have researched car salesman tactics a lot. No problem with these guys. Yes, there's a $899 dealer fee, but it's the out the door price that matters, not how they split it up. I'll be back the next time around.
Terrible horrible experience!!!! Had car towed to dealership with ignition switch problems, was told the problem could be fixed four days later with a price of 620$!!! We called tires plus who told us they would do it for 215$ !!! They would not release the car to the tow truck unless we paid 130$ for a diagnostic fee. Called to pay the fee and they told us we could not pay over the phone we had to pay in person. Drove 45 minutes to pay the fee, got the keys went to the car and the entire steering column was in pieces on the passenger seat and torn apart! I will never return and if I could give a negative rating I would!!!! Terrible customer service and if you decide not to give them your business they will do everything possible to make your life hell!
