I booked a car online and I prepaid the total amount, the next day a staff person from this Avis location called me and told me that they did not have my car, that there were 4 people before me waiting for a car. That I could wait till noon... they supposed to call me and they did not, so I called them back, that day and the next one I could not rented a car. I asked for my money back and they told me to call their 01800. Awful experience
Really bad customer service. The service rep was very rude and raised his voice to get his message across instead of explaining it throughly. I don't know why the rep would think that for raising his voice in a rude way and saying the same thing over and over again can make someone understand a message. I don't know how he got that job but he needs help on his customer service skills big time.

This guy transferred our reservation to a corporate office. Customer service sucked! Don't use these guys go to the Airport it will save you the hassle
