My only problem was that the doctor came in and inspected me without gloves on. He did not wash his hands prior to or afterwards.
The front desk and nurses are always super friendly and helpful. Ester is especially wonderful and deserves recognition for her hard work!

I initially had difficulty scheduling an appointment (plus there was a problem with Shands processing my insurance), but since then, I've been very impressed with Shands Dermatology. Dr. Longo and her team worked hard and provided a diagnosis, and they continue to work on trying to find the root cause. I trust the team and feel they are extremely competent, plus they care.
