Dr.Panna is a wonderful Doctor!
BEWARE! One star is too much....I was referred to Dr. Hagan in this practice. Dr. Hagan had no openings. However, Dr. Panna did. It was urgent I see someone so I agreed and took the next available. I now see why she has openings. After only being with me for 20 minutes she was looking at her watch. I came to her because I have a mass/growth and for help with managing pain and choosing the best medication. She told me I was blowing my pain out of proportion and I should only have to take OTC medicine for my pain. Told me I may have a drug addiction. This is after I stated I wanted to STOP taking the meds I had been prescribed but I had such bad withdrawals when I tried. Then the mass because she could not feel it immediately needed to leave before looking any further. Mind you I am a cancer survivor! I will NEVER go to her again and will tell anyone the same. Please do not see her.
Dr. Ashleigh at UF Health, to me, is the "Poster MD" for an Internal Medicine Doctor. She is brilliant, personable, listens attentively, and CARES.
I have been going to her for almost 8 years.
She listens and is up front and honest about what she is able to do for you and if she can't she will give you a referral right then. Her assisting nurse Liz is wonderful as well, always returns phone calls and checks up on you when you have been seen. Highly recommended!
I would only ask for Dr. Budd and Dr. Stalvey. I think these two are the best at this location
After meeting Dr Panna and reading SM's statement perhaps she was right about SM's addiction. Dr Panna is with out a doubt one of my favorite all time doctors. Incredibly kind and attentive, she has with out a doubt worked with me to help change the quality of my life. She also works very hard a keeping my insurance bills and medications low. While I don't know the whole breath of SM's experience I will tell you this, I've su rvived through a lot worse, but you'll never hear me drop the big C. Before you make a judgment on one person's opinion, especially mine or SM's, form your own by visiting Dr. Panna. She's a very qualified Doctor, but I'll let you be the judge of that.
