As the time gets closer to paying off your agreement balance mysteriously changes occur making ur balance a month or so more. It was very frustrating to me as the customer to beckon on being paid off based on my conversation with the New Accts Manager Tyler then to call and prepare to pay that balance and speak with Vernon who states my agreement balance actually has a larger amount before being paid off! I had to speak to Daniel the store manager regarding that to get it resolved. Then I was left with a washer and dryer agreement that was just about paid off when in Sept I spoke with Tyler again regarding my balance he specified after my Sept payment I’d be down to1.8 pymts. Here it is November and Dylan called for payment to only tell me the same exact amount that Tyler said in September! So needless to say, I paid that amount directly to Tyler(who played oblivious to our previous conversation)and won’t recommend Aaron’s to anyone! Its really not worth the hassle nor professional in any fashion with the conflicting information from their staff. Rooms to Go NW 13th finances, Badcocks, not to mention American Freight has layaway. Ijs

Well my first clue to shop elsewhere should've been the live roaches in the store. BUT I unfortunately didn't and because of that I have received a " display" headboard instead of a new one. After I plainly asked the sales associate if they had any of them in " stock" besides the one on the headboard display she says " yes we do".... here we are a week later and I get the headboard off the display delivered to me without any screws or bolts to attach it to my bed. The headboard was scratched and the screw holes have quite a bit of wear from being used as a display. I've never seen anything like this! Very unprofessional to deliver a " new" headboard without any packaging nor bolts to secure it to the bed frame. The customer service employee ( I asked for a manager or general manager) I spoke with when I called to inform them of this issue wasn't very friendly and pretty standoffish. Very last time I will spend my money in this store. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I will NOT ever purchase from Aaron’s again. Living in Gainesville for over 30 years I’ve dealt with Aaron’s under several different managers and purchase several items. My last agreement consisted of several items that when I’d pay and ask my early payouts or remaining balances I’d be given different amounts from different sales rep. HOW WHEN THEIR LOOKING AT THE SAME SYSTEM!?!

Decent floor selection, easy to maneuver floorplan, good prices, no staff bothered to help me after 15 min though so I went to Rent-A-Center.

They go over the top to help make u walk out happy!
