You are the single reason I didn't buy online. Within five minutes Mr. Davis assessed my situation, provided multiple options and guided me through the decision process without being overbearing. I had a difficult set of specifications for a chair set and Kerry helped my boyfriend and I, who have very different tastes, reach a suitable compromise with a lovely 4-piece set. He also heard me mumbling about needing a new pillow for the living room couch and helped us find a pair plus fillers on clearance that were probably the cost of just one anywhere else! Helped us stay on budget too. Highly recommend.

After searching the web and finding an Ashley sofa that I liked, I stopped by the store to try it out. They had the sofa on the floor and I was able to try it out. The salesman didn't pressure me at all while I looked and considered and was very knowledgeable about fabric and construction. I had found the same sofa on sale at JCPenny at a lower price than Ashley's was offering. They matched the price and were able to deliver within 3 days. I'm extremely happy and impressed.
