I went to this furniture store not really sure if I would find what I was looking for. I was greeted by Johnathan. He was the most friendliest and helpful sales person ever, a great first impression of the store. I explained my concept and what I had in mind. Johnathan was kind, patient and he even made some great suggestions. I would definitely to go back to this store if I should ever be in need any other good pieces of furniture. I would go as far as referring anyone I know looking for a nice piece and unique furniture for a great price. Ask for Johnathan!
I had a GREAT experience at Furniture Kingdom. I had been without a couch for two weeks because I moved around the time of a hurricane coming through. Most places I went said it would be at least a week to get a couch. At Furniture Kingdom I was able to get a couch SAME DAY. I went on a Saturday around noon and had a couch in my living room by 4pm. Now THAT is service! And the sales guy Ray was very nice and helpful and the two delivery guys were super nice as well. I really appreciate the level of service there. And not to mention they have a GREAT selection of furniture!! Thank you.
Had a wonderful time shopping at this store location. We were greeted as we entered and a young man whose name is Kevin explained where to look for the items we were shopping for. As we were making our way through all the beautiful furniture we were approached by a gentleman named Ray who asked if we needed help and I told Ray what I had in mind to put in our home. Ray gave some suggestions but did not try to push us to buy what he showed us. What a pleasant shopping experience. We ended up purchasing 3 rooms of furniture. Thank you Ray and Kevin for a great shopping experience
By Far the best experience at a furniture store. My biggest pet peeve is going into a store and not being able to look around to find what I need without a salesman questioning me every second. The salesman, Johnathan, really made me feel like he cared about helping me find the best sofa for my home instead of only caring about selling something, like most salesmen!! He was very knowledgeable and personable which makes spending money a joy.
Great selection on furniture and reasonable prices. Was helped by Jonathan, he was very helpful, engaging, and patient. He helped provide a great experience. Highly recommended, well return to furnish other rooms.
