We were looking for a tv table for our 40" tv. A salesman showed us a variety of selections. My husband and I have different tastes and I thought it comical of our "finds" as which table or cabinet would be best suited. A western style wasn't just what my choice would have been. ;) Not long after hubby had his choice we were shown a cabinet we both we delighted with. In fact not only purchasing that table but also matching end tables! We felt very satisfied dealing with Leonard's Furniture and paid our bill. Home free right? Not so fast! Now, he sees a dining room table and chairs. Actually this rare voice wasn't bad. When getting the salesmans attention I spotted yet another set. Called hubby to take a look, he immediately fell in love with this set! I'm in shock especially since a kitchen table and chairs weren't in our budget, or so I thought. After all was said and done, I felt we had made the best decision stopping by when we did. The savings for quality furnishings were the best!!
We bought 2 Catnapper powered lift chairs in May 2016 from Leonards. One chair failed to operate properly in Feb. 2017. We are seniors and use these chairs daily. Leonards sent out Chair Technicians on 3 separate dates since then and ordered wrong parts 3 times! One Tech stuck a crowbar in the chair and broke it worse. The Tech today said he couldn't fix the chair. The chair was supposed to have a one year warranty, but the factory says we have to deal with Leonard. To say we are unhappy with Leonards is an understatement!. The warranty is apparenty worthless. The chair is still broken, the Tech is gone, and Leonard is on vacation!
Update 05/30/2017, Leonard's has replaced the chair with a new one as of this date. This complaint is resolved.
Bought a leather love seat and sofa less than 2 years ago and the surface of the couch is pealing off. Paid way too much for this garbage and the owner and salesman should be ashamed of themselves for ripping us off. I will never buy from them again.Would liked to have not given them any stars but had to mark one. Would not recommend them.
My husband and I went to Leonard's and were very pleased with their wide selections of household furnishings.The employees were pleasant, and greeted us immediately.
Love it they sell good quality furniture and they're delivery men are very knowledgeable!!
