I have been a customer for quite some time now. Never had any experience like I did today. I think the store and its employees are great. But the new store manager Tiffany likes personality, professionalism and customer service. Because of her and her alone im going to pay off my account and close it will never do business with this location again as long as she is there. I was able to take care of my problem . Finance manager Greg was very helpful and polite. Was able to get everything straighten for me. You guys need more employees like him.
Always a great in low prices to shop there we do recommend it very highly our whole houses. Is Badcock you really can't go wrong in there
The Bad......The head board came with a slight crack/scratch, it looks like a scratch until you get closer. I am going to look for wood puddy or something to make sure it lasts. I'm sure I could've taken it back but that would have been to much work for me. The dresser, on the bottom side of the drawers is not painted brown like the rest of the dresser(underneath front drawer panel). I would have liked that covered as well. Making sure those little things are inspected makes a difference. The dresser and mirror are very sturdy.
Went in today to purchase a sectional, just paid off a 1200$ washer 1 month ago. My husband and I have been customers for over 14 years with a 5200$ credit availability. Today we find out that they have a new policy that they have to run your credit every year and an hard inquiry. Unfortunately we are in the process of getting a business loan for our new company and can run our credit at this time. So we have a credit limit we can't use after spending thousands of dollars with this company. So just so you know in order to shop here you have to have you credit ran every year or pay upfront.
My experience @the Gainesville location was wonderful, in the end. At first, I was having trouble verifying my address. After that was taken care of a month later I was able to officially open an acct. Throughout the process Manny was great every step of the way. He moves fast though, it can seem like he is rushing you, but he is not. The crew is very nice and polite, and it is a clean and well organized store. He recommended a bedroom set that fits perfect in my son's bedroom. Manny told me it was sturdy and reliable, I've had it going on a month and there is no shaking from all the times my son and his preteen friends have pounced on it.(And I put it together) I also bought a TV, which I think is amazing, 49' Heir. Just a beaut! Oh and let me not forget the best deal, a PS4, saved a ton of money, and it came with a game. I believe it was the PS$ Pro, but don't quote me on it. The time it took for the furniture to arrive for me to pick up was quick, I think 2 days maybe 3. The dock guy was super nice, no problems, he brought the furniture out with ease and hassle free.
Poor customer service and slow in getting issues resolved. We have been waiting to hear back from the store manager for a couple weeks now and nothing...

*Read fine print in any furniture advert. It said five pieces so I'm thinking I get the bed as a whole,mirror, dresser, night stand, and chester drawers. But I'm am new to the buying furniture from a furniture store thing. But Manny did clear it up for me and explained how it works with ease. I didn't get the night stand or chester drawers. Headboard has a built in book shelf though, and the dresser is huge! Very spacious drawers.
