Then about a year ago I brought them two garments, one of them a silk pair of pants that I really liked and picked them up with a mesh of holes in both garments. It looked like they had been melted. The owner refused to even discount the dry cleaning services-which is all I asked for, let alone attempting to reimburse me for the clothes. He said I had done it. I mean, two of them? They didn't look like I had torn or burned them (and I don't smoke), it was a large area on BOTH garments that had a mesh of webbing and holes.
The staff was very friendly, our garments were cleaned in a timely fashion, and the prices are reasonable.
I've been here twice and was quite pleased both times. The place isn't fancy, but my clothes got cleaned quickly and cheaply (a professional suit and graduation gown for less than $20!). Best part is they hire diverse workers. I've spoken with a Columbian, Nigerian, Korean, Indian, and African-American, all friendly, interesting people! And when I needed something faster than usual, they worked with me to get it done on time.
I used them for years and thought they were quite good. I never brought them anything really hard to clean, but I would bring them garments that had spots and they often got them out.
The staff is also friendly.
Dishonest. Gave them my suit to clean because it had been hanging for a while and it had a musty odor. Two days later I picked it up exactly the same. The guy said "Washing it does not remove odors." What a gem. Do not waste your time and money with these guys. Find a decent place.
Needless to say, I won't be going back.
I'm very impressed by their work. My clothes came out looking new. I'll be going back, for sure.
