Honestly we went there only because of the reviews on google map. IT WAS TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING!
Most people should know what they are getting when they decide to go to Carrabba’s for dinner. The reason for the two stars isn’t because of the food or the staff. Both of those aspects have always been pretty good by me. The problem is the portion sizes have seemed to decrease over the last five or so years while the prices have went up. When I was in high school I loved to eat here. Now, about ten years later, I don’t think I’ll ever go back. Support another business with your patronage and get more for your dollar.
Even prices are really expensive you do not eat a good food. The only thing we liked was waiter, he did a great job. That is why I gave one star otherwise this place even not deserve one star.
Customer service is outstanding. My husband and I had dinner there while our son was in the hospital due to a motorcycle accident, I asked for mashed potatoes to go and soup to take to our son. The waiter took the time to ask about the situation and did not charge us for the to go items, then the manager came over and talked with us. He said our meal was on him because we had enough on our plate.
I was delightfully surprised at the atmosphere and quality of the food at Carrabba's I normally avoid chains and went there for a birthday celebration. We were seated at a round table (8 of us) in a quiet corner. Our server was very attentive and had a good sense of humor (although, please do not call senior citizens "young ladies" as we know how old we are and have earned every wrinkle, thank you). I had a shrimp and pasta dish that was perfect. Normally I find shrimp is over cooked in restaurants, but this shrimp was juicy and flavorful. Everyone at our table was pleased. I will gladly go back.
First we ordered shrimp and calamari as starter. what they did give us as calamari was not calamari and it was extremely disgusting!! Main entrees were also terrible. Highly specifically NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
Excellent! Best red Sangria ever! Great happy hour! Hubby got the wings & Caprese salad! Couldn't eat it all; very healthy portions! Chicken Marsala! Just had to have! Going back Sunday for Sangria Sunday! Cleanest restaurant in Gator Town!
