Always attentive, helpful and orders are exactly the way you want/expect it. Never given cold or stale food. Love the mobile ordering aspect.
You are in the service industry. I just ordered this sandwich somewhere and I have never had a problem anywhere but here. This location seriously needs help or different management.
I ordered the same sandwich I always order. Chicken biscuit with egg and bacon with honey butter. They all out refused to add honey butter to the sandwich. I was willing to pay extra and they were willing to add egg and bacon but honey butter was only for the mini chicken biscuit sliders. This is a first, unbelievably disappointed in Chick fill a. They usually have great customer service smh
I wish I could give another half start for Chick-fil-a. The only flaw in my experience was cleanliness. When a company that is this successful and persistently busy there needs to be as much attention to cleanliness as to service. But to conclude companies need to learn how to run an efficient drive thru from them.
Always delicious. The tried and true for basic chicken sandwich and fries but done so well, there's no point messing with the others. Try the cookies... Served warm and perfect. There's a reason why they're always busy... It's awesome.
Food and service is always on point. If I could I would eat this every day. The only complaint is that the drive through line can get long but they usually have extra employees on hand outside taking orders. I usually just go inside and line is shorter in there. Even if the line is a bit long inside, the service is always quick and friendly. The other thing I love is that they actually have events inside throughout the month. One day I happen to catch bingo. It was really fun.
