Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor were amazing. They took the time to explain things and they were very thorough!! Great experience.

Never been here before. Called with an emergency and they had a cancellation and was able to get me in the next day. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. The dentist was very welcoming and caring. The dental assistant,Mrs. Kapresha , was unbelievable. She was very sympathetic to my situation and went out of her way to try getting me the help I need (they don't do root canals at this location). I thanked her so much and her response "I love my job", and you can tell she really does. An absolute amazing human being. We need more people like her in the dental field. I will recommend this place to anyone.
I have had three interactions with Azalea Health Dental on Waldo Rd, Gainesville. All of these deserve a five star. The office building is shared with UF Eastside Clinic and is kept very clean and organized. The staff of both clinics are always on top of their game, and very friendly and courteous. It was my daughters first experience with a dentist. They made her feel at ease, and were very thorough with their explanation of what they saw and what they would suggest going forward. I also liked the open setting of the clinical area. I would hate to think that a one star rating of a possibly disgruntled employee would effect someones decision to give this office a try. I almost ALWAYS check ratings before I make appointments with a new doctor/office and if I would have seen a one star rating I would have for sure hesitated to book the appointment. I would recommend this office to a friend for family member.
