Annie was an awesome dentist! Very personable and fixed my chipped tooth to better than what it was originally . I'd highly recommend her! The staff was also extremely friendly! I will definitely be returning here :)
My first visit to Coastal, and It was great! The staff was friendly, I had a very short wait time, and they were careful to check my insurance to be certain that I was charged the correct amount. Dr. Anne Boehling was very thorough, careful, gentle, and explained my options to me, without pressuring me to have a procedure that I wasn't ready for. I am very pleased, and plan to continue getting my dental care here.
First visit went well. They were very forthright about costs and gave me costs of proposed treatment plan, which helps with budgeting. We have their discount SmilesPlus plan because we can't afford insurance. They try to push products and credit card plan on you, but are transparent about it all being optional. My wait was a little long because they squeezed in an emergency, which was annoying but not the end of the world. If I was the emergency, I'd be happy. Office staff was very nice and dentist was friendly and thorough.
I was told I had four cavities and possibly needed a root canal. I went to see Dr Hughes a few months later and he told me I did not have any cavities. They are a scam. I can't believe I almost let them drill my perfectly fine teeth for $200 a tooth. Liars.
I originally chose this office because very few dentists in Gainesville will take my insurance. I came in for a consultation so I could go to an oral surgeon. I ended up having the procedure done here. The staff is amazing. They are very nice and knowledgeable. The Dentist and her assistant did a fantastic job with my extraction, making sure I was comfortable and knew what my next steps were. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone.
