It an original,. Too bad the don't keep the place up better. It seems a bit dirty. It should be a shining gem. It in a great location. I think they put more emphasis on drive up. I wish it took the car loop out and set up the North side as shady outside dining, and bike walker friendly.
Stood in line for 5 minutes. Was acknowledged but never offered help. TERRIBLE.
Worst fast food restaurant in Gainesville. Barely beating out the horrendous Steak N Shake down the street. It was 11:40, 20 minutes before closing and they had all the lights on but no one answered the drive through. I've also been in the drive thru and asked for unsweet tea. They said they were out. I went inside and sure enough there was unsweet tea. They were just too lazy to make some, or - even easier - walk around the counter to the lobby and get me some. Oh, and not to mention the countless times the employee answering the drive thru was in the parking lot smoking when he answers his headset. This place should be shut down!
I love Arby's always have always will. I love their potato cakes.
No other place like it. Offers fresh food, tasty and a nice variety. Healthy food and comfort Foods! They never disappoint.
