The room was great as well as the price. The hotel is pet friendly. The staff helpful. The only negative we found was the extra charge for the omelet at the free breakfast, as a result we did not have the omelet.
Great experience. Great staff. Clean facility. Had problem with shuttle bus pick up from the airport. But hotel paid for another taxi for me. I am impressed.
Great service!! Forrest at the front desk was amazing and very helpful! He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and amazing!! The pool was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Lots of options. Only negative is double beds are not queen size and room decor needs updating. Otherwise, I would have given the hotel 5 stars instead of 4 stars. It is a very nice hotel with exceptional front desk service!!
This hotel has caring and friendly staff. The food at the lounge and restaurant is really good-even room service and pool delivery available. Property has very nice landscaping as well and pet friendly!! Always stay here when visiting family.
This hotel is unlike any Best Western I've ever stayed at it is more like a Marriott or Double Tree!! The grounds and interior are immaculate and the continental breakfast is pretty good.
