It did have electricity and running water, so I guess that makes it better than just pitching a tent somewhere.
WiFi allowed me to check email, but wouldn't stream anything.
Not the worst but not the best. Horrible water pressure. Continental breakfast is comical. Day time office person is rude and tried to decline giving our room extra towels. Overall cleanliness is good. Beds are comfy. Night time office person was wonderful!
I have seen these rooms pre- reno, and post renovation, and I am very pleased with the effort the new owners have exerted to make this property not only more modern, but cleaner and safer.
Horrible room. Very smokey, filthy stained couch, dirty sink, "breakfast" was juice/coffee". Rusty towel rack. We will not ever stay here again. The only nice thing was the pool.
I have stayed at multiple motels in many states and the value this motel offers IS worth the $. I recommend to anyone looking for short or long term stays.

Every metal item in the bathroom was severely corroded.
Looked like mildew or mold had been growing on the desk, and only a cursory attempt was made to clean it.
The room was clean and comfortable. Quite and safe . The breakfast was a quick grab and go , the staff was nice.
Took 2 calls to the front desk to get a roll of toilet paper.
Smelled like the AC had been off for a month when we walked in the room.
Breakfast is a honey bun in a basket and a small cup of juice.
