Buyer beware! We had a pleasant experience purchasing a leather sectional sofa inside the store, the salesman and staff were nice. When asked why the sofa was in the outlet we were told it had a few minor scratches and was a 4 piece sectional instead of 5, which fit our space better. One of the cushions had a dip in it the salesperson said it was the most popular section to sit in. Less than 4 months later, one of the reclining mechanisms broke and the dip in the recliner seemed to be getting worse and worse. I called the outlet to ask if they had someone to service the recliner and was told " all sales are final" I was not trying to return the couch, just wanted help fixing a basically new recliner. I was told that there was no help and it was repeated that all sales are final. Upon further inspection it turns out that the "dip" in the cushion was actually a broken support which was not disclosed to us when we purchased the couch. I feel deceived, had I known the couch was broken, I would not have spent $900 on it which incidentally was not a huge discount. The couch was only discounted the cost of the missing 5th piece. Beware when purchasing from this place, carefully inspect anything you purchase as problems may not be fully disclosed to you and you will be on your own for any service or repairs.

Great experience shopping for furniture here. No pushy salesperson. Great prices. Even creative/exotic furniture pieces available. Highly recommended. Our salesperson was Shante, very energetic and helpful, not pushy, gives you space to explore.
This time around, it was a bad experience and frankly they have lost a customer. We bought a very small handheld box. We didn't mind picking it from the delivery area because that is their protocol. After that is when the incompetence began. We were made to wait more than 40min because of various 'rules'. Unfortunately, common sense did not apply to any of it. Very sad. Hopefully, you can modify some of these rules and train your staff to be nicer. 0 stars.
