Rooms were well appointed and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast included with our stay.
Outstanding location. But, the staffing is what makes it. They are just great. The ladies in the breakfast area were some of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Front desk smiled all the way through the hurricane. Really very good. Could not ask for more.
I love staying at the Springhill Suites Hotel whenever I come to Gainesville. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient. There is plenty of plugs for various devices, conveniently placed, fair amount of hangers for clothing and television has great reception. They are really easy to locate and convenient to Restaurants and stores.

One of the best hotel experiences that I have had. During the Irma evacuation, the staff could not have been friendlier. The front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. The women that ran the breakfast were a joy to be around and kept everything stocked and clean, during a max capacity crowd. Great hotel because of the staff.
