Great mattress buying experience! We went to numerous stores around town but Mattress Firm was definitely the best deal and best customer service. This was the only store we found that allowed refunds or exchanges which was extremely important to us when making such a big purchase. Jacob did a great job - he was knowledgeable and we never felt like he was pressuring us to make a decision. We must have gone back and forth lying on three different beds for almost an hour but he never seemed annoyed or rushed us. Jacob told us to take our time, gave us space to talk about it and even brought us water! The store manager, Kay, has the flexibility to give numerous discounts and free items - we definitely got a great deal. Our bed will be delivered in the morning and we can't wait!
The entire process was very easy and stress free. Ryan showed me a few options that fit what I was looking for in a mattress, and I found the perfect one for me in a matter of minutes. Ryan was also very friendly and clearly knew what he was talking about. I would highly recommend talking to him, he may even have a good story or two for you.
Ms. Kay was so helpful and kind. We needed an emergency mattress and did not have a lot of money to spend. Ms. Kay worked with us and gave us an great deal on a super comfy mattress and gave us another deal for a mattress cover. She was genuine and made us feel like real people, and tried to get us the best bed for us for an affordable price. Don't shop around, just come here straight away and talk to Kay. She is amazing!! We will get our next mattress from her. ❤
