Room was clean. Staff was nice and transactions were pretty quick. Good location, close to campus/ attractions. Decor was good for motel style location. Walls were a bit thin- could hear neighbors pretty late in the night but otherwise, good stay.
Clean rooms, reasonable breakfast, basic amenities. Only problem we had was a lack of hot water in our room, however the room adjacent to us where our friends were was fine.

Don't even rate 1 star. Uncomfortable in room. Said we could leave early and would refund prepayment. Left one day early and then refused to refund citing "policy." Why then offer refund? Were not honest with us. Also no cleaning if room until 3pm when I requested claiming lack of help. Stay away.
Very clean and comfortable room. New flat screen tv and modern sink in bathroom. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in room and continental breakfast provided. Great accommodations if touring University.
